I like creating things. I used to love arts and crafts as a child. Now I mostly make things we need. I used to do a lot of sewing and woodworking but I don't seem to find the time anymore. I keep hoping I will get back into it as it was fun and rewarding. I started knitting again while pg with Daryl. I still bake as we need to eat LOL. I bake all of our bread products even hotdog buns. I like baking bread. Its cheaper and tastier too. I like making cakes too. With 9 kids at home to make birthday cakes for I find it overwhelming so I'm starting to make simpler cakes again.

I love the net. My hubby suggested we get it and I thought I had no use for it. We had a computer already but it was older and didn't have a modem. I enjoyed working on the puter more than him. He had mentioned visiting different sites but it sounded like a big advertisement to me LOL. I reluctantly agreed to "get it for the kids." A few months later we were looking around for another computer because I didn't like to share LOL. I had no idea there were people to meet on the net. I'm pretty isolated. I live out in the country in a French community. With lots of kids its hard to get out but its easier to get on the puter. I have met some really nice, interesting and fun people that like having a large family just like me!

I like taking pictures but I don't like spending lots of money getting pictures developed. I have a digital camera now so I can take as many as I want. I made a slide show of "good enough to keep" pictures I took in the year 2005 and there was over 500 pictures!

I like making web pages. I like doing the html code myself. I learned how on the net from a few sites. I also do all the graphics on my site. I learned some javascript and made my own countdowns. HTML is fun but frustrating. If you want to make a page just jump in and try it!

I love reading anything on fertility, obstetrics or having babies. I'm plus-sized again (I had lost 100 lbs and gained most back) and The Plus-Size Pregnancy Web site has lots of helpful info. The site is owned by a Kmom but not my good buddy, Kmomof12 LOL. From the site I learned to ask for a larger bp cuff. A few times I was told I had high bp. With the larger cuff my bp was normal. I like charting and testing. Pee On A Stick has lots of information on HPT's and OPK's.

I love jigsaw puzzles. My favourites are Mordillo's. My mother accidentally bought me one when I was a child. They tend to have a more adult theme than most puzzle. Some are just cute. The people all have huge noses. I also like Rubik's cubes. I have a 2x2x2, 3x3x3, 4x4x4, 5x5x5 and a 6x6x6. I bought the regular one (3x3x3) in high school and can solve it under 3 minutes. My favourite Rubik's site is Chris Hardwick's. For playing with the cube online my favourite site is aim for the brain. I also enjoy video games like Mario, Zelda, and Banjo Kazooie

You must be Mormon or Catholic?
  Nope just nuts :-). Seriously, I don't have kids for religious reasons.

How do you do it?
  In bed after the kids are asleep LOL. Oh not that it? You just get used to having lots of kids. I started with just one. Actually I think if people saw my house they wouldn't ask. My kids and dh help too.

Do you know what causes that?
  Yup. They are all even planned, well, except one

Did you always want a large family?
  Yup. But before kids I thought 6 was a lot.

Do you not believe in b/c?
  Actually I do. I would have even more than 13 kids if I didn't use b/c.

You must be rich.
  No actually we live on an average income (for an average family). I really believe that kids are expensive as you want them to be.

How many bedrooms do you have?
  5 sort of with a 6th on the way. We are still renovating and one room has 2x4's for a wall.

What do you drive?
  We have a 15 passenger van and Reg drives a Cavalier to work.

Do you have twins?
  No all singles. I like the idea of twins but I'm always happy when I have a 3 week old baby that I just have one. LOL

Do they all have the same father?
  Yup. I'm assuming I'm getting asked if we are a blended family not if I sleep around LOL

Is this your last?
  Well, I hope not. I wanted 6 but changed my mind. I assume I will want another as I always have. I don't have a set number anymore.

Your older kids must help a lot?
  No, our 4 oldest are adults and have moved out! All the kids starting at 6 help with the daily kitchen chores. My kids are not mini parents to their younger siblings. They only change diapers if they are being paid to baby sit. They all help if I'm busy or sick or while we are out.

Oh just like that family on tv?
  We are like the opposite except we are both happy to have a lot of kids. We aren't religious. My kids don't all have J names. They don't dress alike. We don't have a buddy system. My kids are average kids. They like video games, playing on the computers, dvd's and music they don't sell at Walmart. My older dds have all dyed their hair. I don't allow peircings or tatoos but they got them after turning 18 and moving out and I'm fine with it.
