Baby number 10 is on its way!

I'm due October 12, 2003. According to my javascript counter I had registered with the hospital and had my bloodwork done at 6w4d. I scheduled my other tests and ultrasounds then too. I'm so organized! Ok, those that know me well, you can stop laughing. I ended up having an unscheduled quick u/s at 12w2d because we couldn't hear the heartbeat. The placenta is up front. I had my amnio ultrasound at 14w4d. At 16w4d I got the amnio results. It was normal and a girl! I had my routine ultrasound at 19w2d. It said I was 19w3d so right on track. Everything looked good. None of the pics were cute profiles but there was an interesting one of her legs and one of her arms. At 24 weeks I found out I had gallstones. I had another quick baby u/s while having the u/s to look for stones. My glucose test was at 27w2d. I failed but passed the 2 hour test. Good thing as the low fat diet for the gallstones is hard enough. At 33w4d I had my routine late u/s she was 2 weeks ahead like usual, breech and there was bit of extra fluid.

We had 5 girls and 4 boys so I was kinda hoping to even things up. But another girl is going to be great as a playmate for Holly. Holly will be 21 mos when the baby arrives. I never had 21 mos spacing but I did 22 once and I find it a nice spacing. This will be our first October baby too.

I made a java script for Colin that counted how many weeks and days I was and how many days were left. Last time with Holly I decided to add a graphic too. This time I just changed the number on the bag :-) The java script doesn't show much but it took a while to do. If you come back another day you will see that the weeks and day number changes. I've pretty much forgotten how I made it now but it was pretty easy to change a few numbers. Phew LOL. The graphic is a scan of a line drawing I made for Phil's birth annoncement card. I colored it on the computer and added the think bubble.
