Bean Burritos


Makes 12

(Optional: Fry
1/2 lbs thin sliced steak)

Fry:
I chopped onion
1 sliced gr pepper

When soft add:
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin

Heat 2 cans (540ml) Romano or pinto beans in fry pan or microwave. Mash beans.

Mix all together

Grate bowlful of cheddar

Divide into 12ths. Place in wrap. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up, folding edges like an envelope. Bake at 350° for 12 min.
