Chicken Soup
Sauté:
1 Tbs oil
1 onion, diced
1 celery, chopped
1 clove garlic
When the onion is soft mash the garlic.
Add and bring to a boil:
2 1/2 litres water
3/8 cup chicken stock powder
Add to pot and simmer 10 min:
1 carrot, chopped
1 potato, diced
Melt:
1 oz margarine
Add and heat till bubbly:
1/4 cup flour
Whisk in gradually:
1 cup hot water.
Add to soup and simmer for 5 min. Add noodles if desired.
