Chinese Sauces


Chicken Ball Sauce

Mix:
1/2 cup fruit drink powder
1 cup water
8 drops Tabasco
juice from 1 can diced pineapple
1 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs cornstarch
1 tsp chicken stock powder
Bring to a boil

Stir fry

Mix:
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp garlic
1 cup water
2 tsp chicken stock powder

Cook onion (cut in large pieces) till half cooked, add rest including chicken. When chicken is cooked add liquid add bean sprouts if using. Boil then add 1 Tbs cornstarch mixed in 1 Tbs water

Honey Garlic

Boil:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp garlic

Cut meat into strips. Add to liquid and simmer 20 min.
