We serve this for breakfast. A piece of cake covered in pudding and topped with sliced peaches.
Large Flat Cake/Vanilla Pudding

Cake

Beat all together:
3 cups flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Bake 35 min at 350ºF


Pudding

Mix:
4.5 Tbs corn starch
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Mix in:
3 eggs

Mix in:
3 cups milk

Cook till boiled and thick. Add:
1 Tbs vanilla
