Lime Pie


Lime PieMix in a 9" (clear) glass pie pan:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine

Press crumbs to bottom and sides.

Bake 8 min at 350ºF. Let cool.

Beat:
4 yolks

Add:
1 can sweeten condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tsp grated lime rind

Pour into prepared crumb crust.

Bake 12 minutes at 350ºF.
